HEART to HEART... Thursday, May 14th, 1:00-2:00 PM Topic: NOURISHMENT (meets monthly on 2nd Thursday) Heart to Heart is where we connect by sharing our life's experiences with each other around a different topic each time we meet. If you choose to speak, you get a chance just to be you, sharing yourself in a safe environment where we all agree to keep all discussions confidential. Wouldn't it be wonderful to be truly listened to by friends who "get" who you are without making judgements about you, criticizing you, or giving you advice to change. If you do not want to share by speaking, then connect by listening and being there 100% for the person sharing. In Heart to Heart we refrain from making comments and practice pure compassionate listening. We respect and open our hearts to others even if we disagree by sparing them interruptions of our solutions to their problems or our criticisms.
