Your energy has its own body… and it can also be activated. ✨ 🌀 Together with my dear Pablo Castellanos (Ahimsound), I will be sharing a very special Pranic Activation experience through a Sound Journey. We will begin with circular breathing to awaken our vital energy and connect with our energetic body. Then, we will lie down to surrender to stillness and allow the vibrations of a live sound journey to accompany us toward a profound state of inner connection. 🎶🤍 🌸 I have spent more than 20 years sharing my passion for yoga, and I have had the opportunity to train in Ashtanga with Sri Pattabhi Jois.
